The Difference between Concepts and Terminologies in English /Arabic Translation Perspective

This paper addresses the difference between concepts and terminologies in English /Arabic Translation process. This paper uses descriptive analytic approach. First, it shed light on the difference between concepts and terminologies in cybersecurity, Islamic and Legal translation perspective then discuss then in the way that the translators analyze them terms of cultural variations. The main result concluded by this paper that the translators must be well equipped by bilingual ability and bi-cultural vision in order to create equivalent meaning generated by source language.
